The cost of a pre-paid and pre-booked transfer between Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport and appointed accommodation or vice versa is R1845.00 per person per transfer, one way. This applies to pre-booked & pre-paid transfers.

The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.
Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R1845.00 per person will be charged.

To book a transfer, we will require the following details:
- Full name of Passenger.
- Date of Transfer.
- Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
- Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
- Flight number.
- Hotel name.
Transfers not paid for in full by the 25 July 2018, will be cancelled automatically and will need to be re-booked and prepaid.

Arrival information for pre-booked and pre-paid transfers:
On arrival, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals hall. Look out for a representative who will be holding a welcome sign board with your name on it. Should you encounter any problems locating this representative, please call the numbers available on your transfer voucher.
Cancellation policy:
All transport is subject to Turners and their appointed service providers' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% (percent) cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or beyond the delegates' control i.e. flight delay or cancelled flight.
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
