How to register

Online registration will be open until the 17th August 2020. Thereafter registration must be done onsite. Every participant, including invited participants must register.

Group Registration

Please email Leanne Armoogam ( at Turners Conferences for instructions on how to complete a group registration.


Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. Please adhere to the instructions for payment of all fees involved. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.

Note: Some banks may consider credit card payments to South Africa high as risk transactions. In this case you may need to pre-arrange transfers with your bank in order for the transaction to go through.

Kindly ensure that these arrangements are made timeously in order to facilitate your registration.

Credit card payments - When opting to process payment by credit card, please click on the PAY NOW button. Please use your unique invoice number and your surname as reference when initiating payment.

The final date for bank transfers is the 10th August 2020. Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to and use your unique invoice number and surname as payment reference.

Invitation Letters

Delegates who require a letter of invitation to attend the Conference should write to the Conference Secretariat ( Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses.

Standard letters of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a completed registration and can ONLY be issued to delegates attending the Scientific Program, not to accompanying persons.

Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of R 450.00 will be charged for all cancellations received before 01 May 2020. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after 01 May 2020.
