The above day excursions are subject to availability at the time of booking and are subject to a minimum of two passengers. All leisure excursions will depart from Gallagher Estate Reception Main Reception, unless otherwise specified. Please report to your departure point not less than 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled departure time.

Important Tour Information

All tours are subject to minimum numbers being reached and are subject to cancellation fees. If minimum numbers are not achieved you will be offered an alternative tour, equal in value or you will be refunded in full.

Basic Tour Conditions for individual bookings - A separate policy applies to groups of 10 or more and is available on request.

All tours are subject to Turners and their appointed tour operators' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, tours will be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled before 7 September 2019. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 7 September 2019.

An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
A deposit of 20% of the total tour value is required within 14 days of booking to confirm the tour reservation. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences & Conventions (Pty) Ltd 45 days prior to the tour departure date. Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid in full immediately. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences & Conventions (Pty) Ltd before 7 September 2019. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made after 7 September 2019
