The meeting is being held during the South African winter. The venue was chosen for the mild weather that can be expected in the region that the hotel is located. Delegates' can expect midday temperatures to be between 20°C and 25°C whilst night time temperatures will drop to about 12-13°C. If you intend to visit the Kruger Park on a game drive vehicle, it is advisable to take a warm jacket and scarf especially on an early morning or early evening drive. The game vehicles are open, and the wind will be cold! Please carry your passports or some form of Identification when entering the park as access will be denied.

Looking forward to welcoming you all in next month.
