Arrival Airport Information:
On arrival at King Shaka International Airport; collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative from ZAF Travel & Tours who will be holding a board with your name on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative; please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.

Terms & Conditions and Cancellation policy:
All transport is subject to Turners and their appointed service providers' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% (percent) cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or beyond the delegates' control i.e. flight delay or cancelled flight.
Transfers not paid in full by the 15 July 2022, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.

B - ACCOMMODATION

All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Hotel rates are per room, per night and include either a Continental or full English breakfast.

For all group (10 rooms or more) and individual bookings, 50% deposit to be paid on receipt of first invoice, the remaining 50% deposit to be settled by 1st February 2022. All incidentals are to be settled upon departure from the hotel.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, payment due within seven (7) days after receipt of first invoice. Final 50% deposit is due thirty (30) prior to the start of the Congress. Payment may be processed either by electronic bank transfer or by Master, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form. All incidentals are to be settled upon departure from the hotel.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 13th June 2022 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR115.00.

Reservations cancelled after 14th June 2022 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

  1. 60 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply
  2. 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply
An amendment fee of ZAR115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 01st August 2022.

Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
