The conference will organise transfers from the OR Tambo Bus Terminal Building located at OR Tambo International Airport to Skukuza Rest Camp departing Johannesburg at 11:00 on Monday, 12 October and Tuesday, 13 October. A return transfer from Skukuza Rest Camp to Johannesburg will depart following the close of the conference on Sunday, 18 October at 08:00.
Transfer from Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport to Skukuza Rest Camp
The transfer will depart at 11:00 and arrive by 16:00 at Skukuza Rest Camp. The departure time from OR Tambo will be confirmed closer to the date.

Transfer from Skukuza Rest Camp to Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport
The transfer will depart at 08:00 from Skukuza Rest Camp and arrive by 14:00 at OR Tambo International Airport. The departure time from Skukuza Rest Camp will be confirmed closer to the date.

- Departure Time: 08:00
- Travel Time: Approximately 5 hours and estimate arrival time into Johannesburg is 13:00
Terms and Conditions:
- Includes: Coach travel
- Not Included: Lunch, drinks, optional attractions and items of a personal nature
- Rate is subject to minimum numbers.
- The transfer will need to depart OR Tambo at 11:00, to ensure that the group arrives into the Park before the gate closes and to allow time for the driver to exit before the gate closes.
- The approximate journey time is five to six hours each way including refreshment stops, delegates would need to ensure that they have booked departure flights after 19h00; allowances need to be made for traffic or unforeseen delays.
- Turners DMC will not be held accountable for missed flights.
- All transfers exclude Conservation Levies.

The per person rate is only applicable if the minimum number of passengers on the vehicle have been met. Once the transfer bookings have been finalised, Turners DMC will confirm the per person rate closer to the conference date, as the rate may increase if the minimum numbers have not been met.
An affordable and alternate option is to book with Ashton's Tours & Safaris. The shuttle operates daily and departs OR Tambo International Airport at 06h45 from the OR Tambo Bus Terminal Building.
