Reservations
Hotel accommodation can be reserved at the event Head Quarters Hotel, The Capital Menlyn Maine, through the intermediary of Turners DMC who has secured preferred rates for participants. All rates quoted on the hotel booking form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast and service taxes included. The hotel category should be indicated on the hotel booking form.
Confirmation of Hotel Reservation
Hotel reservations will be confirmed to you in writing with the name of the hotel, the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the deposit required. This will be accompanied by an invoice and request for payment.
Payments
Full payment will be required to secure the hotel booking. The payment may be paid either by bank transfer or by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted to Turners DMC in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 16th October 2020 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR 230.00.
Reservations cancelled after the 16th October 2020 will attract the following cancellation penalties:
- 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply
An amendment fee of ZAR230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after the 01st November 2020.
Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
Prices are subject to change.
The following hotels have been especially reserved for the conference and preferential rates have been negotiated on behalf of the event. All rates include full English Breakfast Buffet, VAT at 15% and Tourism Levy of 1%.
