Airport Shuttle
Destiny Hotel & Convention Centre offers complimentary airport transfers to in-house guests.
Delegates who opt to stay at an alternate hotel or are day delegates, the cost of a one-way airport transfer is R170.00 per person.
To book a transfer, we will require the following details:
- Full name of Passenger.
- Date of Transfer.
- Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
- Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
- Flight number.
- Hotel name.
Transfers not paid for in full by 14 November 2019, will be cancelled automatically and will need to be re-booked and prepaid.

Arrival information for pre-booked and pre-paid transfers
On arrival at OR Tambo International airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative from Destiny Hotel & Convention Centre who will be holding a sign board with your name on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative, please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.

To book, please complete one of the booking forms below and return it to the Congress Housing Organisers.
Once completed it must be forwarded to the Congress Organizers:
