Reservations
Hotel accommodation at Destiny Hotel can be reserved for the event through the intermediary of Turners who has secured preferred rates for participants. All rates quoted on the hotel booking form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast, 15% VAT and 1% TOMSA Levy are included. The hotel category should be indicated on the hotel booking form. Please also indicate which other category we should book in case the chosen one is fully booked.
Confirmation of Hotel Reservation
All hotel reservations will be confirmed to you in writing indicating the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the deposit required. This will be accompanied by an invoice and request for payment.
Payments
Full payment is required to secure the hotel booking. Payment may be processed either by bank transfer or by Master, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.
For all group bookings (10 rooms or more), 50% deposit to be paid on receipt of first invoice, the outstanding 50% deposit to be settled thirty days prior to the start of the conference.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted to Turners in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 31 October 2019 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR230.
Reservations cancelled after 31 October 2019 will attract the following cancellation penalties:
- 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply
An amendment fee of ZAR230 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 01 November 2019.
Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
Hotels & Rates
Block allotments have been especially reserved for the conference and preferential rates have been negotiated.
Hotel rates are inclusive of VAT at 15%, TOMSA Levy of 1% and a Full English Breakfast Buffet.
Single Room: King or Queen bed in room with one occupant
Double room: King or Queen bed in room with two occupants sharing
Twin room: 2 ¾ Beds in room with two occupants sharing
