Entry Fees: R250.00 per golfer (includes green fees, competition fee & supper)

Meal: Please give us your choice between chicken curry or vegetarian.

Entry fees should be paid by direct bank deposit at the time of booking. The closing date for entries is 3rd October 2014.
(Cancellations, with refund, will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.)
