Considering the current situation with COVID-19 and after much deliberation, the South African Renal Society and Renal Care Society of South Africa have decided that holding a successful congress in 2020 would not be feasible.

The good news is that we are not cancelling the congress but rather postponing it to 2021.

The South African Renal Congress will now take place from the 23 - 27 June 2021 (build up day 23 June). The venue remains the same, Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre, Durban, South Africa.

If you have already booked for the Congress then yes, your booking will automatically be transferred over to the new Congress dates and you do not need to take any further action regarding this.

If you have already booked and are unable to attend the Congress from 24 - 27 June 2021 then yes you will be able to cancel your booking with no penalties up until 12 June 2020, please email your cancellation request to catherinet@turnersconferences.co.za

Cancellations received after this date will be subject to the standard cancellation policy that is available on in the prospectus.
