Arrival information for pre-booked and pre-paid transfers:

On arrival, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative who will be holding a welcome sign board with your name on it. Should you encounter any problems locating this representative, please call the numbers available on your transfer voucher.

Terms & Conditions:

Transfers not paid in full by the 12 September 2020, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Group Shuttle Transfer Terms and Conditions:

The group transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight, pre- booked and pre-paid. Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate transfer cost will be charged.

Cancellation policy:

All transport is subject to Turners and their appointed service providers' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% (percent) cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or beyond the delegates' control i.e. cancelled flight.
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.

A - EXCURSION PROGRAMME

A deposit of 20% of the total tour value is required within 14 days of booking to confirm the tour reservation. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences 45 days prior to the tour departure date. Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid in full immediately.

All tours are subject to Turners and their appointed tour operators' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, tours will be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled before 12 September. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 12 September 2020.

Cancellation fees: Refunds will be permitted for bookings cancelled within the following time periods, prior to departure:
More than 90 Days: Full refund less R230.00 administration fee per tour
90 Days & 60 Days: Full tour price less 20%
60 Days & 30 Days: Full tour price less 50%
30 Days & 0 Days: No refund
