Transfer bookings close on the 25th of July. If you arrive on the days when the hospitality desk is available, you may book on arrival. Return transfers may be booked at the transport desk onsite at the convention centre.
The cost of a transfer between King Shaka International Airport and appointed accommodation is: R220.00 per person per transfer, one way.
Transfers will depart the airport on the hour. (For example: If your flight arrives at 13:15, your transfer will depart the airport at 14:00).
To book a transfer, we will require the following details:
Full name of Passenger.
Date of Transfer.
Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
Flight number.
Hotel name.

Hospitality Desks:
There will be a hospitality desk available at King Shaka International Airport on the 31st of July and the 1st of August 2011 to accommodate the Pre Council Meeting delegate arrivals. The staff at this desk will be able to assist you with all your transfer requirements.
The desk will be operational again on the 2nd and 3rd of August 2011 to accommodate the main Conference arrivals.
