Registration Information
How to Register
To register for the World Methodist Conference in Durban, please visit the World Methodist Council website:
http://www.worldmethodistcouncil.org/ or complete the registration form above and return, to the Conference Secretariat, Turners Conferences and Conventions Pty Ltd.
Pre-registration via the website will not be possible after 25th of July 2011. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants and accompanying persons, must be registered.
Payment
Registration fees are to be paid in South African Rands (ZAR), and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form.
A copy of the front and back of the credit card must be sent through before the credit card can be debited.

What does the Registration Fee Cover?
Full Registration:
Access to all sessions of the World Methodist Conference, Official Conference Program Book and related materials, Shuttle transportation between Conference Hotels and the International Convention Centre, Shuttle transportation to Friday night Evangelistic events and Saturday Cultural night and Beach Party, Delegate Bag, Delegate Badge and pin.
Day Registration:
Day Delegates can register for a maximum of two days per person.

| Excludes: | Conference Bag, Pin, Lunch and Tea / Coffee Breaks. |
NB: Day Registration name badges are valid only for the individual person to whom they are issued and for specific date imprinted thereon. They are not transferable and not exchangeable and may not be used as company passes.

Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy
If the World Methodist Council receives notice prior to June 15th, 2011 that a Conference registration needs to be cancelled, a $25 USD cancellation fee will apply. No registration refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled after June 15, 2011.
Scholarship Fund
A Scholarship Fund for the 2011 World Methodist Conference has been established to enable persons from member churches of the Council to attend who cannot participate without some form of financial assistance. You will be given an opportunity through the registration process to make a contribution to the Scholarship Fund.
Translation
Translation is being arranged for the plenary sessions in the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Korean and French.
Book of Proceedings
The World Methodist Council will publish a Book of Proceedings following the meeting of the Council and the Conference. The Book of Proceedings will include the minutes of the World Methodist Council, and the text of all addresses given at the Conference. Those in attendance at both meetings will also be listed. You may order a soft bound or hard bound book when you register to attend.
Continuing Education Units (CEU's)
A total of 3 (three) Continuing Education Units (CEU's) will be available for participants in the World Methodist Conference who are in attendance at the entire Conference. The cost of a CEU credit is ZAR75.00. CEU certificates will be mailed within two weeks following the close of the Conference.
Participants in the 20th World Methodist Conference agree to allow the World Methodist Council to use group or individual photographs for Council publicity purposes, including publication on the World Methodist Council's website.
