Responsibility

Please note that First Car Rental trusts that all users (consultants that make use of your reservation links) are trusted sources - the responsibility of user / password changes lies with the booking agency. You can contact us to change the access information, at which time your booking links will change - we will then resend the new links to the relevant contact/ Manager.
Please explain this procedure to your team, as Bill Back vouchers are high risk documents & for the booking agency's account.
