These have been pre-booked for the Congress and delegates will be able to secure their choice of accommodation at preferential rates through Turners DMC. Most of the hotels are located within proximity to both the Inkosi Albert International Convention Centre and the Durban Beachfront.

The cost of a one-way transfer between King Shaka International Airport & appointed hotels in the city centre or vice versa is ZAR 375.00 per person, per transfer. This applies to pre-booked & pre-paid transfers.

Pre-booked Arrival Airport Information:
On arrival at King Shaka International Airport; collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals hall. Look out for a representative from Aqua Tours & Transfers who will be holding a board with the Congress Logo and your surname displayed on it.
