Dear SASTA 2018 Delegate,

We look forward to welcoming you to Durban and to the Congress and wish you a pleasant trip.

The congress will take place at the Arena side of the International Convention Centre Durban (ICCD) this year. Please access the parking on Dr AB Xuma Street (formerly Commercial Road). Kindly take a parking ticket at the entrance of the ICC and swop it at the registration desk for an exit ticket before you leave in the afternoon.

Please bring a form of identification (ID or driver's license) to the registration desk at the ICCD to collect your registration materials. If you are registering for the first time or paying your registration fees, please go to the Onsite Registration Desk.

The registration desk operating hours will be as follows:

Tuesday 14 August	07h30 - 18h00
Wednesday 15 August	07h30 - 18h00
Thursday 16 August	07h30 - 14h00

If you are speaking at the congress, please visit the Speaker Preparation Room in the Arena Foyer. You will need to upload your presentation (preferably 24 hours prior to your presentation) before you report to the meeting room you are presenting in. For more information please refer to the Presenters Instructions that were emailed to you.

The speaker preparation operating hours will be as per registration hours above.

You are invited to join the Meet and Greet on Tuesday, 14 August at 16h30 in the Exhibition Hall.

Tea/Coffee and lunch will be served in the Exhibition Hall as per times in the programme.

The exhibition hall will be open as follows:

Tuesday 14 August	07h30 - 18h30
Wednesday 15 August	07h30 - 18h00
Thursday 16 August	07h30 - 15h15

A medic will be available onsite for any medical emergencies, please contact the registration desk for assistance.

If you have been invited to the authors dinner and require transport, please consult with your hotel concierge who will be able to assist you. Tickets can be collected from the SASTA exhibition stand during day one and the morning of day two of the congress. Kindly show your ticket or your badge for access to the parking.

A small meeting room will be available in the foyer of the ICCD, if you would like to hold a meeting, please contact the registration desk to schedule a time.
