1. Airport Transfers
The cost of a pre-paid and pre-booked transfer between OR Tambo International Airport and appointed accommodation in Pretoria or vice versa is R580.00 per person per transfer, one way.
This applies to pre-booked & pre-paid transfers.
To book a transfer, we will require the following details:
- Full name of Passenger.
- Date of Transfer.
- Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
- Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
- Flight number.
- Hotel name.
Transfers not paid for in full by the 22 August 2018, will be cancelled automatically and will need to be re-booked and prepaid.

Arrival information for pre-booked and pre-paid transfers:
On arrival, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals hall. Look out for a representative from Aqua Tours & Transfers, who will be holding a welcome sign board with your surname on it. Should you encounter any problems locating this representative, please call the numbers available on your transfer voucher.
2. Gautrain
Another option is to travel from OR Tambo International airport to the CSIR convention centre by using the Gautrain. You will need to change trains, disembark at the Hatfield station and thereafter, board a bus to the convention centre.
