Pre-registration via the website will be possible until the 27th August 2018 thereafter only onsite registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly adhered to. Every participant, including invited participants must register.
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 14% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
Note that for International credit card payments to African countries (where banks deem payments to countries within Africa to be high risk transactions) you may need to notify and pre-arrange with your bank for the payment to be made, otherwise the bank may block the transaction for release to us.
Kindly ensure that these arrangements are made to ensure timeously settlement of your registration.
Credit card payments - When opting to process payment by credit card, further instructions will be emailed advising on how to process payment via the online 3D PayGate Portal. A unique reference number will be issued to you.
For International wire transfer payments, short payments will be for your own account.
The final date for bank transfers is the 27th August 2018. Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to firstname.lastname@example.org and use your surname and Dermatology 2018 as a reference.

What does the registration fee cover?
Admission to all the sessions on each day of the conference, entrance to the exhibition, congress material, tea and coffee breaks each day and lunch each day.
What does the day registration fee cover?
Admission to all the sessions on the selected day of attendance, entrance to the exhibition on selected day of attendance, congress material, tea and coffee breaks for selected day and lunch on the selected day of attendance.
To qualify for the registrar rate, you must send through documentary proof that you are in full time study at a recognized educational institution (a valid student card or letter from your HoD) and this must accompany your registration form. If you are employed then do you not qualify for the registrars rate.

Delegates who require a letter of invitation to attend the Conference should write to the Conference Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses. Letters of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a completed registration.
Letters of invitation can ONLY be issued to delegates attending the Scientific Program, not accompanying persons.
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of ZAR400.00 will be charged for all cancellations received before the 01st July 2018. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after the 01st July 2018.
