Terms and Conditions

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Early Bird Reservations (Durban Hilton) which are amended or cancelled after the 01st June 2018 will attract 100% cancellation penalty. All amendment requests received prior to the 01st June 2018 will be processed accordingly and without penalty. You may cancel your reservation up to 01st June 2018 with full refund less administration fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing for all reservations. You may cancel your reservation up to 12th June 2018 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR228. Reservations cancelled after from the 12th June 2018 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

59 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply
30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply

An amendment fee of ZAR228 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after the 1st August 2018.

Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
